Problem
Most Indian streetwear brands rely heavily on trends, making it difficult to build a recognizable identity or emotional connection with younger audiences.
Overlays wanted to create a fashion brand that felt larger than clothing itself — something expressive, rebellious, and culturally relevant to Gen Z consumers. The challenge was building a visual world that could make every drop feel like an event while maintaining a strong community-driven identity across social platforms.


Solution
We developed a bold creative direction system inspired by underground street culture, futuristic aesthetics, raw textures, and high-energy youth storytelling.
From campaign ideation to production execution, every piece of content was designed to feel cinematic, socially native, and instantly recognizable. We created launch campaigns, fashion editorials, stylized product visuals, high-retention reels, and social-first storytelling that helped Overlays stand out in India’s rapidly growing streetwear space.
The visual language combined dramatic lighting, oversized silhouettes, fast-paced edits, and expressive compositions to create content that felt immersive rather than promotional. Every campaign was crafted to maximize cultural relevance, community engagement, and shareability across digital platforms.
Instead of positioning Overlays as just another apparel label, the brand evolved into a lifestyle-driven movement built around confidence, individuality, and self-expression for a new generation of fashion consumers.
